Marvin Stevenson  

Marvin Stevenson, longtime resident of Odessa, is well known for his fine rural nostalgic scenes in both oils and watercolors. That is only fitting since Stevenson is a native Texan.


He has studied under such well known artists as Robert E. Wood, Edgar Whitney, Zoltan Szabo, and many others. Marvin’s work has won many awards and cceptance in National and Regional competitions. He is a signature member of the Southwestern Watercolor Society and a charter member and signature member of the American Plains Artists. His work is currently hanging in the Old Pecos Gallery in Carlsbad, NM.


Stevenson and his wife reside in Odessa, TX.
