Jammey Huggins

I am a Southwest artist that was born and raised in West Texas. I have had a life-long interest in Western and Native American memorabilia and have seriously devoted myself to portraying the people, animals, culture and history of the Southwest. I have always loved the outdoors and this has led me to be particularly aware of the many living creatures in my surroundings. It is the spirit of their lives and emotions, as well as the physical power and sensual form that they possess, that I try to capture in each work. My mission is to leave a part of me and a piece of the West in each of my creations.

I hold a degree in art from Texas Tech University and participate in both invitational and juried shows throughout the Southwest. My work can be seen at the yearly Loveland Sculpture Invitational Show in Loveland, Colorado.
