As a native West Texan, I strive to record the humor, beauty and spirit of the Southwest. I love the challenge, unpredictability and transparency of watercolor although occasionally I explore the detail and boldness of pencil.

In addition to my university course work, I expand my skills by taking workshops and learning from fellow artists.  I have been honored to have received many awards and commissions.
